Creating Air Fryer Chimichangas is easy if you follow these steps:

1. Prepare The Filling: In a large bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken (or beef), refried beans, shredded cheese, chopped onion, diced bell peppers, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

2. Assemble The Chimichangas: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon about ¼ of the filling into the center. Fold in the sides, then roll it up tightly from the bottom edge to the top. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

3. Preheat The Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and preheat for about 5 minutes.
