Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Biscuits

  1. Preheat Oven & Prepare – Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Flatten the Biscuits – Open the can of biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into a circle about 4-5 inches in diameter.
  3. Fill with Mozzarella – Place a generous amount of shredded mozzarella in the center of each flattened biscuit.

Form the Bombs

  1. Seal the Biscuits – Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the cheese to form a ball. Pinch the edges to seal tightly, ensuring the cheese stays inside.
  2. Place on Baking Sheet – Arrange the sealed biscuit bombs on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each one.

Add Butter & Seasoning

  1. Brush with Butter – Brush the tops of each biscuit bomb with melted butter.
  2. Sprinkle Seasonings – Sprinkle garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper evenly over the tops of the biscuit bombs.

Bake and Serve

  1. Bake – Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.
  2. Cool and Garnish – Let the biscuit bombs cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
