  • 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef
  • 12 slices sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Sliders

  1. Preheat the Oven – Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the Buns – Slice the slider buns in half, keeping the top and bottom intact. Place the bottom half in a baking dish or on a baking sheet.

Assemble the Sliders

  1. Layer the Roast Beef – Lay out slices of roast beef evenly over the bottom half of the buns.
  2. Add the Cheese – Place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of the roast beef, ensuring it covers the beef evenly.
  3. Top with Bun – Place the top half of the buns on top of the cheese, creating sandwich stacks.

Make the Glaze

  1. Prepare the Glaze – In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Brush the Buns – Generously brush the glaze over the top of the buns.

Bake the Sliders

  1. Bake – Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops of the buns are golden and crispy.
  2. Serve – Remove from the oven, slice, and serve immediately.
