– 1 packet taco seasoning

– 1 cup chopped green onions
– 1 package egg roll wrappers
– Cooking oil (for frying)
– Optional: Cilantro for garnish
Instructions
Making Taco Ranch Bites is a breeze when you follow these simple steps:
1. Cook the Beef: In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until cooked through. Drain excess fat.
2. Add Seasoning: Stir in the taco seasoning and water as per packet instructions. Cook until thickened.
3. Mix Filling: In a bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture, ranch dressing, shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, and chopped green onions.
4. Assemble Bites: Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Add a generous tablespoon of the filling to the center.
5. Seal Wrappers: Fold the wrapper over the filling to form a triangle, pressing the edges to seal. You can use a little water to help with the sealing.
6. Heat Oil: In a frying pan, heat about an inch of cooking oil over medium heat until it shimmers.
7. Fry Bites: Carefully place a few bites in the hot oil. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
8. Drain Excess Oil: Remove bites from the pan and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.
9. Repeat: Continue frying until all the filling is used up.
10. Serve and Enjoy: Garnish with cilantro, if desired, and serve these amazing bites warm.
